I am using Dask on a JupyterHub server running on a node of an HPC, not set up by myself. My use of Dask seems to be working but through the “Dask tab” I am only able to display the “Cluster Map”. None of the other widget/app display anything. See screenshot. I am wondering if anyone has experienced the same bug/issue. How to get this fixed?
Hi @selipot, welcome to Dask community!
This sounds really weird, what happens if you try to click on the Dashboard link?
Are you able to open it? I’m not sur if this link could work based on what you say about your setup, you should use jupyterhub proxy probably.
What URL is entered on the Dask left panel?
If I click on the Dashboard link I get “Unable to connect”, see screenshot. So instead I type “proxy/8787” or “proxy/8787/status” in the address field of the Dask tab but then I can only visualize the cpu map, see screenshot.
And are you able to open the dashboard in another browser tab at {JUPYTERHUB_URL}/user/{JUPYTERHUB_USER}/proxy/{port}/status
? What do you see?
I am not sure, the URL of my “Hub control panel” is
so what would be the address you want me to try?
This should be something like http://10.141.250.116:8000/user/{user_name}/proxy/8787/status
